Education & Training For Cleaning Professionals

We have been fortunate to work in partnership with EETD for a number of years. They have provided us with service excellence, which has excelled year on year. Making a positive contribution to our staff development, succession planning and the service we offer in Social Housing. Providing innovative, engaging training solutions that meet the needs of our service.

I thought that I knew how to clean but I was doing a lot of things wrong. The Tutor was fantastic and clearly had my and my colleague’s health and wellbeing at the heart of the training. I really was not expecting this from a training course – I’ve asked if I can do the next stage.

We worked with EETD initially several years ago. The training and service was excellent and so we return to them regularly to support the development of our staff. That excellence has continued.
Not many trainers will be on site at 5.30 on a winters morning to set up, ready for their candidates.
The trainers build relationships with the staff and are always keen to participate in the training EETD delivers. Long may the relationship continue with Aston University and EETD.

Everyone within Environmental Excellence, have been extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Their wealth of knowledge combined with their ability to tailor training workshops to our diverse workforce requirements have been greatly received by all the Trusts Cleanliness Technicians. Their courses are designed for staff who have a responsibility for cleaning areas and patient related equipment within hospitals, nursing homes, private hospitals, GP’s surgeries and other healthcare environments.

My overall impression of Environmental Excellence as a preferred provider of ‘healthcare environment cleaning training’ is they continue to support the Trust by providing “first-rate” training workshops. I would highly recommend their services to colleagues within the industry.
